These Terms govern your use of the RS Trading website, membership, Discord server, Telegram channel and related content (together, the “Service”), provided by RS Trading (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a membership or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Futures are leveraged: you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations; they do not reflect actual trading, slippage, commissions or the impact of liquidity.
We make no guarantee or promise of profit, income, win rate or any particular outcome. Any example, screenshot or trade shown is illustrative only.
The Service provides written market commentary on gold futures (MGC and GC) — our view, the key levels, the reasoning, and what would cancel the view — and educational material. The commentary is impersonal: the same commentary goes to every member, and it is not tailored to your financial situation, objectives, account size, prop-firm rules or risk tolerance. Nothing in the Service is individualized investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created. You alone decide whether to act on the commentary, how to size any position, and how to manage it, and you are solely responsible for the results. Consider consulting a licensed professional before trading.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that trading futures and using the Service is legal where you live and complies with any broker or prop-firm rules that apply to you.
The Gold Futures Commentary membership includes written gold futures commentary, published through our Telegram channel during the New York, Asia or London session, the member areas of our Discord server (including the 7-lesson onboarding course), and support. There is no fixed schedule and no minimum number of notes; there may be sessions with no note. Delivery depends on third-party services (Telegram, Discord) and can be delayed or interrupted. Content and features may change over time.
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account (whop.com → your memberships), or by emailing support@realsignalstrading.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. If a renewal payment fails, access may end immediately.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or partial refunds for any payment, including renewals, unused time, or a period in which you did not use the Service. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones. If you have paid and have trouble getting access, contact support@realsignalstrading.com and we will make sure you get it. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms. No refund is given in that case.
All commentary, course material, text, graphics and branding in the Service belong to RS Trading or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own trading education while your membership is active.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Trading and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any commentary. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RS Trading from claims, losses and expenses arising from your trading, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which RS Trading is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows when; material changes will be announced in the Discord. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
