Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information RS Trading (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our websites (rstradingresearch.com and realsignalstrading.com), buy a membership, or use our Discord server or Telegram channel, and how we use it. Questions: support@realsignalstrading.com.

1. What we collect

When you visit our website: pages and steps you view (for example, reaching the price or the checkout), the link that brought you here, including advertising parameters such as campaign/ad names and ad click IDs (for example Meta’s fbclid), your IP address, browser and device type, and a random visit ID we create.
When you buy: checkout is handled by Whop. We receive your email address, your membership and payment status, the plan you bought, and a receipt ID. We never receive or store your full card number.
When you join our community: your Discord user ID and username when you verify your purchase, and your Telegram user ID when you join our commentary channel through your invite link.
When you contact us: what you send us, including in support tickets.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Our own cookie (rst_v) remembers which version of our page you were shown, for up to 30 days, so the page stays consistent.
Meta Pixel: tells Meta that you viewed our page or reached checkout, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may use this under its own policies. Whop also reports completed purchases to Meta.
Microsoft Clarity: records how visitors scroll and tap (heatmaps and session recordings) so we can improve the page. It is set up not to capture what you type into forms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

3. How we use your information

To provide your membership: verify your purchase, unlock member channels in Discord, send your Telegram invite, and remove access when your membership ends.
To bill and support you, and to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, one purchase linking to one Discord account).
To measure which ads and page versions bring visitors and customers, and to improve them.
To send service messages about your membership. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run the Service for us, under their own terms and privacy policies:

Whop — payments and memberships
Meta — ad measurement (Meta Pixel, and purchase reporting by Whop)
Microsoft — Clarity analytics
Discord and Telegram — community and commentary delivery
Cloudflare — website hosting and security; Hostinger — the server that runs our membership system

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. How long we keep it

Membership records are kept while your membership is active and for as long as needed afterwards for billing, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Visit and advertising data is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted server access and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for ad measurement, by emailing support@realsignalstrading.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honour them. We may need to verify your identity, and some information must be kept for legal reasons.

8. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when.
